Bourbonnais, Illinois - Randall D. "Randy" Clymer, age 68 of Bourbonnais, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee. He was born on October 25, 1956 in Fort Dodge, IA, the son of Carl (Whitey) and Phyllis (Richardson) Clymer.

Randy was the owner of Clymer Construction for over 40 years. He enjoyed fishing and outdoor activities which included "manicuring" his lawn. Randy loved his dog Squeak. He enjoyed motorcycling and time spent visiting Gulf Shores, Alabama. Randy was an active member of the Bradley Bourbonnais Sportsmen's Club.

Surviving are two sons, Matt (Andrea) Clymer of Manteno, IL, Josh (Kelli) Clymer of Parkville, MO, his mother, Phyllis Clymer of Fort Dodge, IA; four grandchildren, Caleb and Khloe Clymer, and Kendall and Kaelyn Clymer; his ex-wife, Helen Clymer of Bourbonnais; two sisters, Kim Clymer, Lynn (Paul) Jondle; three brothers, Greg Clymer, Mark (Deb) Clymer, Greg (Anita) Clymer and a large extended family.

Randy is preceded in death by his father, Carl "Whitey" Clymer.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Memorial visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home, Bourbonnais. A celebration of life will follow until 9:00 p.m. at Bradley Bourbonnais Sportsmen's Club.
