Peggy L. Walters was born on July 30, 1938, in Longville, MN. She was the 4th child of Wesley I. & Dorothy E. Johnson Stilley.
Peggy leaves to cherish her memory 4 children, Theresa K. Wheeler, Dawn M. Patton, James C. Walters II, and Alicia A. Senesac; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one sister, Winifred Bierman; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Fern Treece and Shirley Ford.
Peggy was an RN who practiced in Tampa, FL and retired from Shapiro Developmental Center in Kankakee, IL.
She was called to eternal rest on March 3, 2025. She had a deep faith in God. She was honest, loyal, and loving. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Arrangements by Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home, Bourbonnais. Cremation rites have been accorded.
