Kenneth A. Crowe, age 62, of Manteno passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at his home. He was born March 30, 1962 in Chicago Heights, the son of Kenneth & Diane (Michalek) Crowe. Kenneth married Mary Hamann on June 28, 1997 in Steger.

Kenneth was a sales manager for Van Drunen Ford. He enjoyed watching football and playing fantasy football and baseball. Kenneth loved watching his children coach and play sports. He loved his cats. Most of all, Kenneth enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, always telling jokes.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Kenneth was a member of the Urban Prairie Community Church.

Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Mary Crowe of Manteno; one son, Nick Crowe of Manteno; one daughter, Alyse Crowe of Manteno; one sister, Tammie Crowe of Crete; one brother, David Crowe of Crown Point, IN; his beloved cats, Otis, Hazel, and Nina; stepmother, Linda Crowe of Avon, IN; and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Manteno. A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Urban Prairie Community Church in Manteno. Pastor Rick Selk will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.

Memorials may be made to the Kankakee County Humane Foundation.
