Bourbonnais, IL - Heather M. Hammond, age 58, of Bourbonnais, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025 at her home.
She was born April 27, 1967 in Hinsdale, the daughter of Leonard & Rose Marie Kribs Riordan.
Heather married David Hammond on May 18, 2002.
Heather had been the business manager for Dave's Tree Service.
She enjoyed cooking, getting her hair done, and gambling. Most of all, Heather enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was a parishioner of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kankakee.
Surviving are her husband, David Hammond of Bourbonnais; two sons, Mitchell Hahn & Priscilla Pijus of Kankakee and Matthew Hammond & Lanaea Malak of Kankakee; and one brother, Adam & Ann Riordan of Villa Park.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
A memorial visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais.
