Bradley, Illinois - Denise M. Tutt-O'Brien, age 69 of Bradley, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 after a long battle with breast cancer. She spent her final happy retirement years at her home in Bradley. She was born March 3, 1956 in Kankakee, the daughter of Charles and Catherine L. (Boudreau) Tutt.
Denise was a retired comptroller and office manager for auto dealerships in Chicago and the Northern Suburbs. She was a 1974 graduate of Eastridge High School in Kankakee.
Denise enjoyed playing tennis, and won numerous tournaments. She loved riding her Harley, driving her Corvette, and cruising in her red Mustang convertible. Denise loved traveling and shopping.
Denise was a wonderful sister and loved by many in her professional and personal life.
Surviving is one sister, Dawn M. Tutt (Merikay Warpet) of Kankakee; five nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Denise is preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Jeffrey and Gregory.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. memorial service on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home, Bourbonnais.
Inurnment will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025 in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kankakee.
Memorials may be made to 3D Wildlife Rescue and Rehab or Uplifted Care.
