April L. Anderson, age 59, of Buckingham passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago.
She was born December 8, 1965 in Arlington Heights, the daughter of Clinton A. & Imogene L. (Timm) Bisping. April married Edward E. Anderson Jr. on July 6, 1996 in Kankakee.
April was a CNA. She attended Kankakee Community College. April enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Edward Anderson Jr. of Buckingham; one son, Shannon (Lydia) Bisping of Peoria; two daughters, Sharon (David) Fritz of Dade City, FL and Jennifer (Rick) Ward of MI; two brothers, Brad (Kathy) Bisping of Joliet and Tylane (Gloria) Bisping of Sebree, KY; and eight grandchildren. April is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kirk Bisping; three sisters-in-law, Emma Parker, Rosemarie Anderson, and Sharon F. Bisping; and special little girl, Elizabeth Jensen.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the 1 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, April 8 2025 at Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home in Kankakee. Interment will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery in Bonfield.
